The types of joint activities are as follows:
A detailed plan/schedule of all classes is posted below
The school's curriculum is developed based on three assumptions.
Firstly - although the entire training process does not have to lead to the creation of a fully functioning community (although it can, especially when the group of students is an existing group/community), the order of the workshops is crucial, as it allows for 'going deeper' - for greater intimacy and closeness in the group. Without this closeness, some of the workshops will be artificial, and some solutions will not be possible to develop.
Secondly - the workshops are very clearly divided into two groups. The first group (blue) is a group of practical skills, e.g. rituals, creativity or conflict resolution. Most of the workshops belong to this group. The second group, which includes two workshops (pink), is a group that de facto 'enables' all the other workshops. They are, as it were, the 'lubricant' that sets the entire training mechanism in motion. These workshops are Community Building Workshop and Common Earning.
Thirdly - the workshops are mostly facilitated, not led. During these sessions, there is some transfer of knowledge from the leader to the group, but we assume that the group has enough experience and wisdom to be able to develop its own methods of action.

The essential goal of the workshop is to discover one's 'gifts' and their role in the emerging community. Gifts are not talents. A gift is the discovery of what I can give to the community that will be of great satisfaction and pleasure to me and a benefit to the community. |
PURPOSE |
Developing a method of finding one's place in the community. Developing methods of appreciating gifts by the community. |

Work with deep beliefs about one's own values and answers to questions like - why am I in this world? Why do we form a community? What are our individual goals, expectations? How can I translate them into a common, coherent community mission? |
PURPOSE |
The purpose of the workshop is to develop a common position on the question - why are we doing this? The answer to this question will be primarily to provide motivation for further work for the entire group and to give meaning to the actions and hardships undertaken. It is intended to prevent discouragement in difficult situations, since difficult moments, in the case of a unified vision, will be supported by all members of the community. |
