The psychologist describes closeness as all positive feelings that make people more attached to each other. He gives partners and relationships as examples, but this mechanism can be translated into all interpersonal relationships, e.g. with parents, siblings or friends.Closeness means, among other things:caring for someone, joy in the presence of another person, respect for them, honesty, belief that if necessary we will get support, understanding, sharing good and bad experiences, intimate information, the feeling that the other person is an important part of our life, autonomy and self-esteem.

Community Building Workshops are a key event in the life of a person who desires closeness. In this world, we are moving further and further away from each other, closeness is our natural need. During the three days of workshops, you can see that it really doesn't take much for closeness to appear, and this not in contact with acquaintances, but complete strangers. And then we can experience what Scott Peck describes so beautifully - 'how wonderful it is to be human'.
