Research
Building a community is a beautiful mission that is worth undertaking regardless of age, gender, social position or religious affiliation.
By presenting the research below, we encourage you to do your own research!
But it's natural to have concerns, questions and doubts.
Is this really for me?
What will I gain from this?
What are the benefits and what are the risks
How will my partner react?
Will this process trigger memories and emotions that I prefer not to remember?
…… and many others….
We can share our experience with you after completing the workshops. It is unequivocally positive.
The main thing that changes after the workshop is the understanding that the way the world and other people exist is my choice, not an objective reality independent of me. The world exists as I want to see it, not as we have been told it exists. Perceiving life as a beautiful and safe adventure is my choice, which I implement in relationships with other people.
For many, objective research, scientifically confirmed by authorities understood as persons or institutions, is decisive.
Encouraging you to do your own research, below we present several links to documents that show the impact of a deep, true relationship with another person on our lives and health. Some of these studies show that the greater the number of relationships, the greater security and more orderly life.
This is consistent with both common sense and Nature, from which we learn from which we notice that its way of achieving security and stability is to increase the number of relationships between its 'elements'. It is colloquially called biodiversity.
The same process happens between people. The greater the "biodiversity" of attitudes, characters and values, the greater the guarantee of our own safety and life in peace and joy. The question is how to achieve consensus between sometimes extreme attitudes or worldviews?
There is one answer. You need to take part in workshops.
